How do I get my team members to use the system?

It’s important for each person to understand “what’s in it for me?” so that they know why they should take the time to fill it in. Every person will be able to:

  • Understand themselves. Our guides help them learn more about themselves, particularly their work personalities.
  • Understand others. Help them understand their colleagues, too, so they can work most effectively with them.
  • Be understood. Make sure their colleagues understand them, so they can work together in the healthiest ways possible.

 

At the highest and deepest levels, these three reasons are important and valuable for each individual.

On the practical and tactical side, there are also a few ways to get your team to use this, and these include:

First, we give each individual a briefing about them that gives them insight into themselves. Even if it’s not shared, they can learn about themselves. We built the system so that it would be valuable for them as well.

Second, we created it with the philosophy to give the users questions that have the combination of being most enjoyable to answer, easiest to answer, and most insightful about them–all three criteria together. So, it is designed to be fun and easy for them!

Third, our Account Manager is more than happy to work with you follow-up with them and encourage them to do it. It’s part of our Account Manager’s role, and to make it easy for you.

Fourth, this is perfect for an off-site or team-building activity. It takes 10-15 minutes to complete, and it is a fun group-project on a team-building day.
